Rates and conditions



 

All rates are per night per room (double occupancy) including breakfast and daily maid service.

 

Breakfast is “tropi-continental”, is served from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM, and includes: Tea, Coffee, Juice, Fruit Salad, Yogurt, Cereals, Granola, Bread, Butter, Organic Jam, Cheese and Ham, home made Cakes, Biscuits, Pancake or Muffin.

 

Maximum room occupancy is three adults or two adults and two children. For each additional guest up to the maximum permitted, a 30$ charge is added over the room rate.

 

The facility only has rooms with one King Size bed (no rooms with two beds), but each room has one foldable couch. For double occupancy of the room with use of the King Size bed and foldable couch and additional 10$ charge may be added over the room rate.

 

Rooms are organized to be ready for guests from 3:00 PM on agreed arrival day and should be left free by 11:00 AM on agreed departure day.

Depending on availability, early check in can be offered at no additional charge on arrival day directly at the Hotel, and late check out (by 5:00 PM) can be requested at the time of booking for an additional 60$ charge (in case of room check-out after 5:00 PM, the full applicable rate will have to be charged in lieu of the “late check out”).

 

All rates and charges are subject to 13% Sales Tax and can change without prior notice.

 

Reservation and cancellation policy



 

Reservations must be confirmed at the time of booking with a deposit amounting to 50% of the reservation total, or to the rate of one night in the pertaining season, whichever is the higher.

 

The deposit can be constituted either by transferring to the Hotel the deposit amount (by PayPal, Bank/Wire transfer, or Cash) or by providing the Hotel with a valid Credit Card.

 

In case the reservation is NOT cancelled, the deposit – if constituted - will be deducted by the total amount due at the time of check out, or the total amount due will be charged to the Credit Card – if provided - at the time of check out (no amounts will be charged to the Credit Card before check out or late cancellation).

 

In case the reservation is cancelled 15 days or more prior to Check-In (early cancellation), the deposit – if constituted - will be reimbursed net of bank processing charges, and nothing will be charged to the Credit Card – if provided.

 

In case the reservation is cancelled 14 days or less prior to Check-In (late cancellation), the deposit – if constituted - will be forfeited, or will be charged to the Credit Card provided.

 

For the Christmas, Year End, and Easter periods, early cancellation and late cancellation are extended to 30 and 31 days respectively.

 

All cancellations have to be sent via e-mail to: mavi@mavi-surf.com and can not be considered as confirmed until the relevant confirmation email from the Hotel is received by the cancelling party.

 

In case of no show, the late cancellation policy as described above will apply (constituted deposit will be forfeited, or will be charged to provided Credit Card) and any remaining reservation days will be cancelled by the Hotel Management.

 

In case of changes in the Check-In or Check-Out dates of a reservation, the Hotel Management, in accordance with the guests and depending on the Hotel occupancy, will do its best to organize the requested change whenever possible and charge free. If there is no possibility to accommodate requested change, the cancellation policies as described above will apply.

 

Reservation and Cancellation policies are subject to change without prior notice.

 

The Hotel declines all responsibilities for valuables left in the rooms.

 

The Hotel reserves the right to make use of third-party services for processing its guests personal information in order to organize their stay at the Hotel, including reservation.
